Comic book art nouveau

Just thought i would post this image I found

this is a page from a comic book called Route Des Maisons Rouge i believe.

this piece of art is done by Livia Pastore (lilin1988)

Looks like something no?

i believe the source of inspiration was from the art nouveau style of Alfonse Mula

    Not a bad idea to do a re-imagining/master study of a beautiful piece of art. But to take a picture of a beautiful REAL woman and make her into a barbie doll... Ugh. People are loosing touch with the beauty of reality and nature.

    There is nothing original about that first piece. Just a straight up copy...and not even a good one.

    If you're going to re-imagine something, do something IMAGINATIVE with it. Otherwise, you're just copying.

    great piece! correction though, the artist is Alphonse Mucha, not Mula
